This book provides a clear path for sales success. It starts with the

- You must act with enthusiasm, as this energy excites the customer.
- You must also build courage, perhaps by practicing public speaking.
The book details a lot of ideas and insights that have been packages by others in books over the years but it really interesting to see that core ideas has remain same even today
